TERROIR

From a vineyard in Provence, located 10km east of Hyères on rolling hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean and facing the Iles d’Or.  The soil is very rocky, schist and quartz complemented by limestone and sandstone. The soil is very poor and it naturally filters. The plots of this wine use sustainable agriculture.

WINEMAKING

Traditional with temperature control.

WINETASTING

The robe is pink with translucent reflections.
The nose is expressive and gourmet, with notes of peach, citrus and red berries.
The wine is elegant, with smooth aromas of raspberry and pear, a great richness balanced by superb freshness.

AGING POTENTIAL

Up to 3 years.
